Context

The bank wanted a new revenue stream by distributing insurance — but there was no bancassurance vertical yet, and it had to work across both digital and branch channels with many insurer partners.

My contribution

  • Designed the sales flow distributed via the mobile app and 200+ branches.
  • Defined partner integration requirements with 10+ insurers and a cross-channel (app + branch) journey.

A single sales flow that works the same in-app and in-branch kept the experience consistent and the partners aligned.
